Warranty Policy

The Sele Glasses offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt of the product.

The warranty covers:

• Defects in frames
• Hinge problems
• Imperfections in the source material

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage due to misuse
• Inadequate cleaning
• Scratches due to carelessness
• Normal wear and tear of the product

Complaints:
Once the product has been received, the customer has a maximum period of 1 calendar day to send a photograph of the product along with a description of the problem to the contact email, in order to evaluate the claim.
